1. All products can be paid for by credit card. Downloadable products (PDF) can be paid for by credit card only. For other products you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
2. Select the product in the corresponding box.
3. Your choice will appear in "My basket" with the total price of purchase.
4. Then click "Next" to enter your personal data.
5. Verify your order and click "Check out" to access the secured payment interface (for payment with credit card) and/or finalize your order (bank transfer).
6. If you encounter any problems, or require additional information on these or other services of the WCC, please click on the "Contact us" tab.
7. After authentication of your payment and/or personal data you will receive a confirmation email and a download link (only for downloadable PDF products) which will be valid for 48 hours. For bank transfers, an invoice with all payment information will be emailed and posted to you.

Payments are in Swiss francs (VAT included). If you are unsatisfied or the product does not meet your expectations, you will be refunded within a period of 2 working days.
